These Terms and Conditions govern use of the BALMiso website and purchases from BALMiso. The website and sales are operated by Binary FZE LLC (“BALMiso”, “we”, “us” or “our”), registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Shipping, Returns and Refunds, Privacy and Cookie policies.

Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, damage or attempt unauthorised access to the website, its systems, content or accounts.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, availability and pricing accurate. Appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screens and natural material characteristics.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not itself guarantee fulfilment. We may cancel or decline an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, payment cannot be authorised, or another legitimate reason requires cancellation. Any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in AED. Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe and may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby and other methods enabled through the applicable Stripe configuration. Availability may vary by transaction, device and eligibility.

BALMiso names, trademarks, logos, photography, designs, text, graphics and other website content are owned by or licensed to BALMiso and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
