We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. Below is how delivery works, what it costs and what to expect.

Coverage

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. Delivery is made to valid physical addresses. P.O. Box delivery is not currently supported unless expressly confirmed by our delivery partner.

Timelines

Our standard UAE delivery target is next-day, subject to order confirmation, product availability, courier capacity, location and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Same-day delivery may be available within Dubai for AED 20 where offered at checkout. Delivery estimates are targets, not guaranteed appointment times. Orders are processed in the order received and delivery timing begins once the order is confirmed.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free for orders of AED 129 or more. Charges for orders below AED 129 will be displayed at checkout.

Leave at my door

Where available, customers may select a “Leave at my door” instruction at checkout. The courier may leave the parcel at the designated location and record proof of delivery. By selecting this option, the customer authorises delivery without a recipient being present. Once delivery is completed and proof recorded, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer, subject to applicable consumer rights and courier claim procedures.

Delivery attempts

Our standard process allows up to two delivery attempts. Where possible, customers may reschedule before the final attempt. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. Any re-delivery fee will be communicated before re-shipping.

Delays

Weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, access restrictions, high volumes and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
