When will I receive my order?
We offer next-day delivery across the UAE. Need it sooner? Same-day delivery is available in Dubai for AED 20.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer refunds when the product is returned unopened with its original seal completely intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged or I have an issue?
